I partnered with a fellow ID to completely redesign the company's course for their core suite of products. It was a true 50/50 effort.

We developed a 5-day workshop to train partners and customers to deploy, administer, and maintain user virtualization solutions using the AppSense Management Suite

The workshop was hands-on lab focused with each module building on, and reenforcing, the previous modules.

It prepared candidates for the AppSense Admin certification exam, and we taught it both in-person and virtually.

Deliverables included a comprehensive design document, student guide, lab guide, instructor slides, an instructor guide, and a lab setup guide.
