I was brought in as a one person training team to define and build out a customer enablement program from scratch. As the only person at the company with instructional design experience, I was also tapped by Marketing and Product to assist with sales enablement and employee onboarding content.
Key Accomplishments:
Successfully launched the customer enablement program, efficiently enabling customers and prospects on the features, functionality, and operation of the CyCognito platform.
- Designed and developed a multi-path eLearning curriculum with fully interactive branching scenarios, simulations, and knowledge checks.
- Researched and purchased an LMS, staying under budget.
- Built and configured the LMS, including self-registration and automated program assignments based on audience role.

I was hired to rebuild the technical training team and advanced through multiple promotions—culminating in a senior-level role managing a department with 21 members across four teams overseeing the design, development, and delivery of all customer and partner curriculums and all product documentation.
Key Accomplishments:
- Implemented an online delivery method to enable customers’ users with customized content.
- Increased partner engagement with options for 100% self-paced learning paths for sales, deployment, and support tracks.
- Managed the conversion of 8x8’s services certifications from multiple choice to practical exams.
- Defined and managed an agile instructional design and course development process to efficiently maintain a growing catalog and an increasing velocity of product releases.

I participated in or led multiple enablement and certification projects for enterprise partners and customers.
Key Accomplishments:
- Partnered with the Worldwide Enterprise team to design and develop an iOS and Mac deployment workshop for enterprise partners.
- Designed and developed Apple Pro Certification Exams Authored the interactive iOS Deployment Primer iBook available on the Apple Book Store.
- Co-authored the interactive iOS Technical Training iBook available on the Apple Book Store.

I was responsible for running and maintaining the customer enablement program in the US. I delivered training to US based customers, managed our training partner for US delivery, and partnered with the lead UK Instructional Designer to build out the curriculum and certification exams.
Key Accomplishments:
- Completely redesigned and developed a 5-day workshop covering the administration and maintenance of the company’s core suite of products.
- Built and launched the AppSense Administrator Certification exam.

I was part of the Learning and Development team for our Global Support organization—designing, developing and delivering job role specific curriculum and programs.
Key Accomplishments:
- Developed and managed a coaching program for our support center managers.
- Project managed the development of a comprehensive accreditation program for our Technical Support Engineers.
- Designed and developed a 30, 60, 90 day onboarding curriculum, accelerating time to productivity.
