I create and deliver engaging learning experiences blending storytelling with realistic activities. I design and develop eLearning and instructor-led content – either as stand-a-lone courses or curriculums made up of multi-modal modules. And I enjoy delivering training just as much as I enjoy creating it.
I manage small and large projects with multiple IDs, maintaining control over the timeline, deliverables, and resources. I also manage comprehensive enablement programs involving multiple curriculums and certifications—with ongoing maintenance, vendor, and budget management.
I have participated in, or led, certification programs at NetApp, Apple, AppSense, and 8×8. And while I’m not a trained Psychomatrician, I have filled that role, analyzing the appropriateness of stems and distractors, determining cut scores, and weighting individual items and sections.
I have over 8 years experience leading internationally dispersed teams responsible for instructional design, course development, training delivery, training operations, and technical documentation.

A prototype AI driven role-play activity that brings real-time, in-person, workshop-level practice into a self-paced eLearning course.

The design and development of the customer curriculum from scratch, starting with two curriculum paths and the deployment of a new LMS to deliver it.

A hands-on, lab focused workshop with each module building on, and reenforcing, the previous modules – preparing participants for certification.

Tools
I design learning experiences that blend solid instructional strategy with modern technology to help people build real, practical skills. My work focuses on creating interactive, performance-based training—often integrating tools like storytelling, scenario design, and data-driven practice—to make learning more engaging, effective, and scalable.
